Our technicians have over 20 years of experience in the spa and pool industry. We will arrive in a marked vehicle and our techs will be well groomed, polite and wearing identifying clothing. Our company is fully licensed and insured.
Most jobs will be completed on our initial service call, our vans are well stocked for the majority of hot tub and pool issues. If special order parts are required, there is no additional trip charge, all of our trip charges are covered for 30 days from your initial service, for any reason.
The majority of the parts we sell come with a 1 year warranty standard. We also warranty our labor on any repairs we complete for 1 year. Top that off with our initial service fee is good for any return trips for 30 days after your initial service.
